ZAG'RONN brand customers, using their right of withdrawal,
They can request a full refund by returning the products purchased from www.zagronn.com within fourteen (30) days from the invoice date.

Products must be returned under the following conditions in order to be able to claim a full refund;

Not damaged in any way
In its original box and packaging
All documents are complete (original invoice, shipping label, etc.)
Accessories, user manual, etc. all package content complete
Accompanied by a note explaining the reason for the return

Customer responsibilities:

- To write the correct and complete address for the safe delivery of the product on E-SHOP NETWORKS LLC, company, ZAG'RONN Brand, and www.zagronn.com can be delivered to the person/institution)

- The product is packed securely and securely, and the product is insured over the entire sales price while shipping.

E-SHOP NETWORKS LLC, its company, the ZAG'RONN Brand, and t-skynetwork.com. cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and products.

Additionally, E-SHOP NETWORKS LLC, its company, ZAG'ROSS Brand, and www.zagronn.com cannot be held responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. The shipping cost of the returned products is paid for by the buyer.

Part 3.
Returns are E-SHOP NETWORKS LLC, company, ZAG'RONN Brand, and www.zagronn.com  will be processed in the fastest way. Allow 7-10 business days after the product arrives at E-SHOP NETWORKS LLC, company, ZAG'RONN Brand, and www.zagronn.com for your refund. Following the arrival and inspection of the product, E-SHOP NETWORKS LLC, its company, ZAG'RONN Brand, and www.zagronn.com will contact you by phone and/or e-mail to inform you of the receipt of the product. As a result of the inspection, we will inform you if there are any problems or questions regarding the condition of the returned product.

Part 4.
Products that do not comply with the Return and Exchange Conditions (See Section 1) will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient's address. To avoid damage to the seller's original, labeled package, the buyer must ship the returned item in a different box. Please do not write or attach labels on the seller's original packaging. This requirement does not need to be applied if the products are not shipped in an outer box, as may be the case with bulk orders.

However, in this case, do not write or mark in any way, except for the return shipping label on the original package.
